DAMAGED ITEMS
In the event that your item is damaged in transit, please take pictures right away and send an email to info@boobearbling.com.
TUMBLERS & CUSTOM ORDERS
Because tumblers and custom orders are made to order and often personalized, they are non-refundable in most cases. Full refunds will be given if the production of the item hasn't begun. Full and partial refunds will be offered at the discretion of Boo Bear Bling in regard to an un-fixable error made by Boo Bear Bling.

REFUNDS
Your return amount will be sent to you via the debit / credit card you purchased with after we receive your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on the merchant. Once submitted, you will receive an email from us confirming your refund, and may need to contact your merchant if refund is not received within the 10 business days.
